I left a ten year successful career in law enforcement in 2003 to live life as a creative entrepreneur and musician. None of it went as planned. I had many more failures than successes.
Later I realised I had given my mental health to the job I loved and this had taken me on a path that made me what I am today: a coach, a leader, a changemaker, a parent, an entrepreneur, a co-founder and a CEO of a business changing the world.
I set up the Rebel Business School in 2011 (BBC, PBS News, Forbes, ABC News, Daily Telegraph) with my business partner Alan Donegan and together with our brilliant team we are making it possible for anyone to start a business by changing the way entrepreneurship is taught across the World. So far we have projects in France, Morocco, New Zealand, Colombia and across the UK.
Along the way I've coached, mentored and trained people from all walks of life; senior leaders in big brands, footballers, entrepreneurs and business owners. The kind of things we work on are suicide prevention, recovery from depression and anxiety, PTSD, personal transformation, entrepreneurship, confidence and self belief, removing imposter syndrome, high performance, creative leadership and social entrepreneurship.
But most of all and it's root is revealing the innate mental health that is within us all, buried beneath the human condition called 'thinking.'
I take on a small number of coaching clients every year. If you're interested in this, please get in touch.
